Our Infrastructure & Manufacturing Facility
Our plants, covering an area of more than 4000 square meter, are constantly being upgraded to keep abreast of the best manufacturing practices. Our infrastructure is divided into two factories well-equipped with advanced machinery. Additionally, we have advanced testing facilities that enable us to test the Polypropylene Products against several parameters. Well equipped with advance facilities and latest state-of-the art machinery, our manufacturing facility has assisted us in maintaining high accuracy and stringent quality standards in the industry. We are ensuring that we have the infrastructure and systems in place to cater to demanding customers from across the world.
We have created a sophisticated production facility, which helps us to offer quality and cost-effective Polypropylene Products. We make optimal use of all our manufacturing facilities to achieve quality and perfection. We have a well-equipped Production Facility covering over an area of 2,500 square meters and 1,500 square meters carpet area for the remaining processes. The unit is equipped with all the necessary machines and equipment including Japanese Machines like Extruder's, Weaving Loom's, Finishing, Packaging equipment, etc. The waste material produced during the entire process of production is completely recyclable, and hence, can be re-utilized ensuring complete environment protection. We have Hydraulic Bell Press Facility for making bales of various sizes for exports.
